In between making quilts and wall hangings I’ve been putting together some potholders. Not one batch made from the same fabric, like I usually do. While I’m working I’ll see odd pieces of fabric that go together, that won’t be ignored.
I used pieces of fabric from a quilt that Carol gave me for most of them. It’s a quilt her grandmother made for her and there’s also some fabric from Claudia’s grandmother’s fabric. These were my inspiration, my starting point. The rest of the fabric comes from my collection.
So now I have a small collection of Grandma Fabric Potholders for sale.
