I always give the skin of the pineapple to the donkeys and sheep. They especially appreciate them in the winter when there’s snow on the ground.
I got this video of Suzy eating the top of the pineapple while the other sheep were already at the hay. (until she decided to join them) She was tossing it around until one of the leaves fell off the top then would eat it.
