The title comes from the Carl Sandburg poem of the same name and meaning.

This apron of silence will speak to many. Sorry, I couldn’t resist, but you have to admit it fits! This is an important message. Not only does it say “you are not alone”, it says “you don’t have to put up with it.” And it says it so beautifully.
I hadn’t thought about the “not alone” part, but I see that it’s true.
