I began working on a healing piece that comes from my experience of doing a soul retrieval with Carol Tunney a Shaman.
Soul retrieval is about getting back the pieces of ourselves that were taken away or we gave away or that we buried so deep inside of us we don’t know they exist.
My experience was profound emotionally, spiritually and physically. It’s still sorting itself out inside of me. This is my second shot at trying to integrate it into my being through my work.
