The sheep are outside my studio window and I’m sewing together my “Quilt for a Good Man”. The day has that holiday feeling. As if something’s going on out in the world and I’m in my studio working quietly, expectantly. I feel like my New Year came with the Winter Solstice, but the hum of this New Years Eve is hard to ignore. It’s there happening around me which makes me a part of it. Gladly connecting me to the world outside my door.
That’s certainly a beautiful pastoral scene. How could you not love the view?? Happy New Year Maria, and to all who dwell in your love and care.
Happy New Year to you too Candy.
Happy New Year Maria !! Thank you for all your creative input/output in 2012. You made it a better year !
Well that’s a wonderful thing to hear Virginia thanks, I’m sure you made it better in your own way too.
Have the sheep been using their clever little shelter? You have a great view Maria.
All happiness to you in the New Year.
Sometimes Sharon, but the donkeys use it more. It’s pretty funny to see Fanny and Lulu standing in it, the just barely fit.
