Since we closed off the north pasture to let the grass grow, the sheep have been hanging out next to the barn. When I took this picture out my studio window, Zelda immediately turned to look my way. She may be laying down, but she still always on the lookout.
Oh, that Zelda, she’s a wily one! Love it.
More sweet sights out your window! Nice to see Zelda relaxing although I don’t buy it for a minute. I think she’s waiting for you to be finished at the window so she can get back to parusing the pasture for a weak spot in the fence or a hole to dig an escape route!
Every time I read about Zelda, I think of the “irrepressible” Zelda Gilroy on the Dobie Gillis Show.
