One of the things that drew me to the New Bedlam Farm was the trees. That big old Apple Tree with the hole in the trunk, big enough for an animal to sleep in, has as much character as any of us. When I looked out my window and saw the donkeys and sheep so close to it, I felt a connection between them all. I don’t know if it still gives apples, but if it does, I’m sure all the animals will spend more time near it waiting for the fruit to fall.
