Now that the sun comes in the kitchen window again in the afternoon, we’re getting new shadows. This is the shadow on the kitchen cabinet of a wooden donkey on our window sill. The sun coming through the old wavy glass looks like a sunset in a big sky. The distorted shadow of the donkey reminds me of a cave drawing.
