You know my sheep Suzy, well she was named after my friend Suzy, who knows more about sheep and wool than I do. She raises goats and has an Angora bunny and every year she spins their wool then knits it into wonderful things. She also spins and knits other people’s wool. This year she won a blue ribbon for spinning my sheep Socks’ wool then knit me a hat from it. But she’s not only good at spinning and knitting, she’s great with color too. And the way she chose the colors for my hat…well, I just want to wear it all the time.
I love my hat so much, I suggested that Suzy make some more and try to sell them. And of course, Suzy being Suzy, that’s just what she did. She spent the past few weeks spinning and knitting and came up with these three beautiful hats.
The only hat left for sale is the orange, yellow and brown one in the middle. It’s $45 each plus shipping. They are all adult sizes and if you see one you like and want to know more about it, you can email Suzy at [email protected].

Such talent. I bet they are warm – if I hadn’t just purchased my two winter hats, I would be tempted. I adore that spinning machine. How cool is that.
Suzy’s Hats are splendid, indeed!
What a great treat for me to share my hats with your readers! Thanks so much Maria, and Thank you Margaret and Luanne. 2 of my hats went sailing off to different parts of the country – to the nicest people 🙂 What fun, xo
Oh I know just what you mean Suzy, It does feel so good.
