Pillow Cover Potholders

I wish I had taken a picture of the pillow cover before cutting it up, but I was too into what I was doing and didn’t.  Sally sent me the pillow cover, which was old and wonderfully faded.  Mostly red, white and blue it was a simple design.  I cut it up diagonally and then added the browns and greens and whites making these  Potholders this morning.

Different colors, but I assembled them the same way as yesterdays potholders.  I designed them but didn’t plan them, sewing them together one piece at a time.
