I finished my Happy Housewife quilt this afternoon. I’ll always remember it as the first quilt I made after getting back from Gee’s Bend. A departure for me. It helped put me on the path of less planning and conscious thinking. I’ll be shipping “Happy Housewife” off to its new home tomorrow.
