Every once in a while Jon goes somewhere and leaves Red home. He did that this morning, left Red and Fate in the pasture for me to take over the sheep herding, while he met a friend for breakfast.
So after me pretending to herd the sheep with the dogs, we did something I do know how to do. We went for a walk in the woods.
The last time I went for a walk in the woods, most of the leaves were on the trees. This time they were mostly on the ground. A different woods, two dogs instead of one and the morning sun. A good way to start the day.
I too went for a long walk thru the woods today with my dog…it was perfect weather, the leaves are still on the trees here and are absolutely gorgeous…
