A choked up reading this card to Jon. Wanda obviously knows about the power of art to give voice. And I know it too. It’s through my art that I found my own voice. It’s through my art that I am able to be known and heard.
Yes, Wanda, I will see that child and I will buy her or him the pencils and paper and tell her or him that it’s from Wanda.
And now, because of the many donations I’ve received from so many of you, through Indiegogo, paypal and the mail (PO Box 205 Cambridge NY 12816), I’ll be able to help the victims of sex trafficking, that I’ll be working with in Kolkata, India even more.
I won’t know how best to use the money until I’m there, but when I do I’ll be sure to let you all know.
