Turn the volume up, the sound of sheep crunching hay is part of this thirty-second meditation. Maybe not a soothing as a waterfall, but there’s the repetition of sound and movement of hay that holds my attention.
I fall into a quiet, easy zone when I squat at the hay feeder watching the movement of the hay, as the sheep crunch on it.
For me these gentle moments of little expectation let me relax, even if just for a little while.
Love that sound! Also love of the sound when you are all walking on the snowy, icy covered ground…..thank you for sharing.
