I often wonder what they do in their chicken coop all winter. Do they go into a sort of hibernating state?Reply
I always wonder that too Becky. When it’s really cold they do seem to vegetate. But as long as there’s no snow on the ground, the come out of the coop. Pecking around for food as chickens do.Reply
Chickens normally lay 3 years after that they lay sporadically. Happy Easter to you and Jon.
