I have a tin of old buttons that I got at an auction over 20 years ago. I’ve used them here and there, but the tin seems to me as full as it was when I got it. Maybe it’s one of the those magic tins that keeps refilling the buttons the more I use them.
I sifted through it to get all the buttons I used on my new scepter today.
After helping Jon with breakfast for the kids from RISSE at Pompanuk this morning, I was in my studio stringing buttons on wire. I had lunch with my good witch friends, Mandy and Athena, while Jon stayed on with the kids, making them lunch and cleaning up afterwards.
When I asked the scepter what she wanted, she said, more buttons, like Medusa’s snakes.
