May you take time to celebrate the Winter Solstice today, Maria. Someone called it “the most promising day of the year”. I like that.
“What do you want to let go of?” and “What do you want to let in?” are such good questions to ask ourselves today. Journalling (or at least considering) our intentions for the new year is so important to our growth.
I’m learning to embrace the darkness as well as hope for the light. That’s a harder thing to do!
