I stitched the eyes and removed the outer layer of red on the original appliquéd piece between them. I’ll stitch over the red lines that outline the eyes in black thread, but I don’t know what I’ll do after that.

The eyes are beautiful! I wonder about a headdress incorporating the rest of the “flowers” ? I see a mysterious woodland creature. Very lovely…
That’s a lovely idea Diane, When I first saw the eyes I then saw the whole earth as the top of her head. It’s a similar idea.
