It seems the quilt I made for Wendy and her husband Bruce, found its way to their “new” mobile home. And Ally, their dog approves.
After hearing that Wendy and her family lost every thing they owned in the fire in Paradise, California one of my generous readers offered to buy the quilt for them.
Now they’re setting off to find a new place to call home. I can’t help thinking of them as pioneers. I hope Migration brings them some luck and comfort along the way.

This quilt is so filled with hope and love …….. as well as being colorful and beautiful. I’m sure their spirits must have been lifted as they received this.
Thank you Linda, From what Wendy has told me, it did just that.
…oh, so Cozy and full of love and hope and new beginnings indeed. Thank you all
I hope to stay in touch Wendy, I’ll let you know when I have Suzy’s wool in the fall. I wonder where you’ll be in your journey by then….
