I’ve been watching the donkeys eat that gate for months.
Every morning I’d put logs and branches to chew on and a bunch of other things to distract the donkeys, in front of the gate.
The next day the “distractions” would be scattered around the barn and the gate chewed a little more.
It was warm enough out today so my fingers wouldn’t get cold wrapping the gate in chicken wire and stapling it down. After getting the stapler un-stuck, I was able to get both gates wrapped and donkey proof.
I’m glad I got to it before they ate thought the wood. Now they can continue chewing on the rest of the barn….
