Fran, who bought two of my Thinking of Spring Potholders said she was saving them as gifts for Easter.
I’ve only made potholders for holidays a couple of time, both for Valentines Day. I don’t really think of the holidays when I’m making my art, I just make what feels right at the time. But my Spring Potholders do coincide with Easter and the Vernal Equinox (not much of a surprise there).
Today felt like a spring day and I took that feeling and turned it into ten new Spring Potholders. I still have to sew them into potholders. I’ll be selling them in my Etsy Shop next week.

They are so light hearted. I love em.
That’s just how spring makes me feel Rose.
These are lovely. Nice work!
These are just so happy!! I’m really enjoying my spring donkey potholder. I’ve named her Delila. I have a wool donkey my mom made me for Christmas and named her, Grace. And a painting of a donkey holding daisies and named her, yup, Daisy. 🙂
All perfect names for Donkeys Barb!
Love these Spring Potholders! Very whimsical
