Emily is one of the two snails that I’ve named in our fish tank. I named her after Emily Dickinson because when we first got her, she stayed out of sight for weeks. I though her reclusive like the poet. Now she gets out and about more. She is the oldest snail I have.
I thought Emily made an elegant picture, creating an arch of the thin leaf of the plant she was eating algae from.
