I’ve notice that lately, my Thirty Second Meditations are sometimes more than thirty seconds. But I’m going to continue calling them Thirty Second Meditations, because those words have become the name for this type of video that I create.
This tiny speck of sunlight was so mesmerizing close up, yet gets completely lost at a distance. It’s an exercise in looking closely.
