  1. Happy cool Monday to you too! We’ve also been blessed with some temperature relief here in Kansas as well.

Your farm is so lovely and creative – thank you for sharing.

  2. Watching your Monday morning video, I wonder if the sheep are anxiously aware of a coming storm? I remember the few years of my childhood when I lived on a WWII working farm in Lithuania . Storm electricity drove animals to a certain frenzy–sometimes roving around and sometimes huddled under shelter. Your sheep took me right back in memory.

Meanwhile we are watching the silent approaching death of an old cat of ours. No more eating,a little drinking, while she becomes as light as a feather and she has chosen her death spot, as cats will always do if left to themselves. We have seen this so many times in our pet filled lives and each time it becomes easier to understand. I only wish that we humans had as much ability to let go.

    1. Sometimes the animals seem to know when a storm is coming. I don’t think that’s what was going on this morning, they didn’t want to got to graze and Red can no longer make them do what they don’t want to. They were out grazing in the rain this afternoon. Cats are such interesting creatures. They really do live their own lives. I agree, It would be wonderful if humans could do the same.
