It was so cold this morning (about 10 degrees) that Bud didn’t want to come out to the barnyard. He hopped around on his little cold feet and quickly ran back into the house.
Zinnia seems to be as unfazed by the cold as Fate. I took her out to pee at 3am when I got up to go to the bathroom and she was ready to play in the moonlit snow.
I think this is Fate’s favorite weather, a little snow on the ground and she can run and run without the heat weighing her down.
The sheep were eager to get to the hay, burrowing their heads to the bottom of the feeder getting the tasty stuff that settles there.
