As much as Fate and Zinnia like to be out in the snow, Bud likes to be in the house, in front of the fire or on snuggled in the quilts on the couch.
The quilt he fell asleep on last night was one of the first I ever made. I made it for Jon shortly after he gave me the Studio Barn to work in at Old Bedlam Farm when we were just friends. For years it hung on the wall of the old farmhouse till we moved.
Now the quilt is draped over the couch in the winter and well used.
