Getting Old, Loving Snails, Performing,  that’s the title of our latest podcast and you can listen to it here.

I’ve been trying to write about how I’ve been thinking about and experiencing Bellydancing differently since we started talking about performing in my level two class.  So instead of writing about it, Jon and I talked about it.

We also touched on the new Cheer Squad forming at Bishop Maginn High School that Jon is helping raise money for and it’s feminist implications.  (I support Cheering as much as I support Bellydancing).

And even though my birthday is coming up, Jon talked about growing old and our Snail Party last week.

These two topics came together when I was taking a video of my Mystery Snails mating and  Jon read a quote from Parker Palmer about being a pilgrim in life.
