“I’m calling all the Blue Gourami’s Gertrude”, Jon announced this morning. We have five of them.
It has naturally progressed that the snails are mine and the fish are Jon’s and we share the shrimp. It’s just where our interests lie.
But one Gertrude caught my attention this morning when she swam up to the pink lily pad plant that came unmoored and was floating on the top of the tank.
The fish, plants and their reflection created a splash of color that caught my attention. I ran and got my iPhone and took this picture.
Such a beautiful combination of colours!
