Since we’ve been sheltering in place I’ve been spending a lot more time talking to my friends on the phone instead of meeting them for lunch.
But I have a hard time just sitting and talking when I can’t see the person I’m talking too, so I’ve started doing drawings while I talk.
This is the drawing that came out of me while I was talking to my friend Cindy today. Next week when we talk again I’ll add to it.
There are interesting studies about doodling while talking and what it does for the brain. I’m with you, I can’t just look at a video on the computer for long periods for the same reason.
