Piecing together the scraps from the 1960s and 70s that Crik’s grandmother saved all these years has been fun, meditative, and at times challenging.
I made almost 100 potholders all together. Some I’ve been selling all along and others I’ve saved. Right now I have eleven potholders for sale in my Etsy Shop and next week I’ll be putting up about twenty-five more for sale.
I know from experience that few people are shopping for things other than food the week before Thanksgiving, but I do love having my Etsy Shop full of Potholders.
