I was struck when I saw this photo of me that Jon took during my Zoom Bellydancing Class that the colors I was wearing match my Umbrella quilt hanging in the background.
I’m am surprised at how much I’m able to learn during these classes. Even though it’s limiting in many ways, we’re making it work.
Once again I found out that a move I thought I was doing somewhat right, I was doing very wrong. The moves are always more subtle than I think they are. I’m using muscles that I didn’t even know were in my body, in ways I didn’t know were possible.
I think it’s one of the things I love about Bellydancing, I’m always learning something new, it’s never boring.
