Little drops of ice clung to Lulu’s eyebrow and snow spotted her hair.
It’s unexpectedly been snowing all day. Gentle, quiet, and still, just below freezing. It kept the hens in the coop and us from going into town.
So we declared it a snow day.
And even though that doesn’t much change what I’ll be doing, the day felt a little softer.
