Somehow the morning slipped away from me and I didn’t get to work on my Koi quilt. I had lunch with a friend then went to The Mansion and read to some of the residents.
When I got home I almost finished piecing together the backing for the quilt while writing about the chickadee coming into my studio with its message of truth.
When I look at the backing of the quilt in this photo I can see how it references the blue patchwork quilt in my Koi quilt.
Tomorrow I have nothing planned but to work in my studio then Bellydancing in the evening. I don’t know if I can finish my Koi quilt, but I hope to come close.
