We just had the pastures brush-hogged. They were overgrown with all the rain we’ve had. Fanny and Lulu preferred what was growing in the marsh to the cut grass.

What are the purple flowers? I haven’t seen them before.
They’re JoePie weed Carolyn. We have lots of them.
Those pink flowers look like Joe Pye weed. Butterflies love them. You’re so lucky to have such a good variety of wildflowers.
I believe they are Barbara. We have lots of them growing in the marsh.
