When I finished making my Tree Quilt, I had some parts of trees and leaves that I didn’t use. So I made them into potholders.
The Sailboat Potholders below also came from the scraps leftover from my Tree Quilt. They were from part of the fabric that I cut into strips for the middle of the quilt. On the Little Sailboat Potholder, I used a couple of old quilt pieces that someone sent me. They’re the pieces fanning out above and below the sailboat.
I like working with them and those soft colors so I made a couple more Intuitive Patchwork Potholders using both.
All my Potholders are for sale in my Etsy Shop. Just click here to see and buy them. They’re $20 each + $5 shipping for one or more.

I love how this tree’s bark acts as pushpins to hold your artwork displaying its own kind. (Would’ve loved the top left one with the green tree and dots to match my kitchen linens. )
The Maple has been so good to me in so many ways Amy.:)
Is the tree and crescent moon taken?
Yes, Marsha, It’s already sold. Thanks for asking.
