I’d never have seen this toad if I didn’t actually watch him hop up onto the tree trunk of the Maple in the backyard. I had the feeling he was running from Bud. So I put Bud in my studio for a while and when I came back out, toad was gone.
Anyway, I think he was gone, but maybe I just couldn’t see him.
