I wondered if Kitty and Anne’s eyes would change color when they got older. And they have. No longer green, Kitty and Anne’s eyes are orange just like White Hens.
You can also see in this photo how Kitty’s wattle under her beak and on the side of her face is starting to protrude. Her comb is still not fully developed but both chicks are as big as White Hen now. Soon they should start laying eggs.
