Dew Drops On A Bee

The bees spend their nights on the dahlias.  The ones under the petals are dry, but the bees on top of the flowers are wet with dew. The beads of water sparkle like jewels on their backs.

They’re still cold enough for me to take a close-up of with my macro lens.  And as I do, there’s the smallest movement of an antenna waking up.
