Jon’s surgery went well and he’s home now sleeping.
It all took longer than we expected. Mostly just a delay before the surgery. Even without the extra time I would have been able to finish my “Waiting” Drawing.
During the extra hours, I learned how to use the photo editing program on my iPhone, which I never would have taken the time to do otherwise. Now the recovery journal is really on its way…

I meant to add this and hit the send button too quick. My husband has had lots of surgeries and our pastor said he is like a cat with 9 lives:) I am thankful that he is.
