
Biddy went rooting around in the hay for the tastiest parts. Then she looked at me as if she expected something else. Grain maybe? Socks doesn’t seem too interested in the hay as much as the others either. They are still eating grass, so maybe that’s enough for them for now.

I saw Biddy’s face and heard my mother’s voice: “Don’t play with your food!”

I love your beautiful sheep portraits, Maria. I keep going back to look at Biddy and she makes me smile every time I see her droll expression. Socks seems pensive to me and just as appealing. I still think they all would make a charming calendar.
I have found that I’m able to capture their personalities in my photos. It’s rewarding to see that.
