Some of the fabric in my latest batch of Potholders may look familiar. Like that Mystic Lion on the left, that was leftover from my Goddess Of The Hunt Quilt. Or the last little sheep that looks like she’s in a cloud.
I made a quilt quite a few years ago using the Ancient Egyptian fabric. I guess I had to wait this long to get just the right scraps to pull out the greens, blues, and pinks of those pyramids, camels, and boats.
When I look at them all together, I can see the little themes that run through this batch of Potholders and how one leads to the next.
