I sold out of my There Are Always Better Things To Do Than The Dishes Magnets, and now the original Thread Drawing that the magnets came from is for sale.
Yesterday I sewed the border onto my thread drawing. The diamond checkered fabric came from a 1950’s style dress that Sharon sent to me. It was originally red and white, but the white was too glaring so I used the same permanent marker that I used in the drawing itself to color the white a silvery gray.
There’s a sleeve on the back for hanging.
