When we come back from our walk in the woods, as long as the pond isn’t completely frozen, Zinnia jumps in for a swim. Fate waits just beyond the pasture gate for me to tell her to “get the sheep.”

You can see that Fate is such a Border Collie – you can tell sheep are in her bones…..but she just doesn’t herd them.
