
When Lulu and Fanny didn’t come to the gate this morning with the sheep, I knew they were holed up in the barn. They’ll come out in the snow, but they don’t like the wind and it was blowing this morning.
The sheep come out in all kinds of weather, the snow on their wool, softening it to more subtle shades of grays, browns, and whites.
Not long after they finished eating, the sun came out melting the snow to mud.

Such a sweet photo of “the girls”! They look content, warm in their winter coats, fed, and in sync as always. 🙂
