Jon had just come home and we were talking in the driveway when our UPS driver showed up. I saw the package in his hand and knew what it was. “I thought it was magnets,” he said as he handed them to me.
Fate left her watch at the barnyard gate to greet the UPS driver, whose voice gets higher when he talks to her or any of the animals. (Flo is his favorite). I opened the package and handed him a magnet. “Oh, I’ll put this right on the fridge,” he said with a smile, slipping the magnet into his shirt pocket.
Sticker Mule, the company that makes my magnets sent me an email about magnets and I thought, why not make one of the animals. So I went through my photos and thought this one of Fanny and Merricat was a good representation of the farm and how the animals get along.
