Merricat was cozied up to the pile of apple tree logs that Mike cut up yesterday.
It makes me wonder what kind of relationship the animals have to the trees and plants that grow around them. How far or deep does their awareness go?
I thought Merricat looked comfortable, in the company of the logs that for years hung over the barnyard giving shade and dropping apples for the sheep and donkeys to eat.
