When sheep are done grazing they still eat. As they sit around the barnyard, you can see them chewing their cud. Sheep have four parts to their stomach. Regurgitating their food and releasing the gas that this process causes is essential to healthy digestion.
If a sheep can’t burp it can lead to bloat which can be deadly.
