The last two nights Jon and I sat outside in the chairs under the apple tree and watched the moon as it moved through the sky. Last night it was already high when we got outside, but tonight we got to watch it emerge from the treetops of the Orphaned Woods.
It was still light out but the almost full moon was bright yellow. Only the darkest clouds could completely obscure her. But they moved on quickly because of the wind.
Last night the Canada Geese flew in formation in front of the moon. Tonight it was a single bird that made a showing in my video.
