Fate In The Morning

Almost every morning, when I leave the barnyard to fill up the water bucket, Fate stays behind to circle the sheep.  And she always stops and lays down behind the feeder where they are eating.

I can see her between the legs of the sheep and think it would make a good picture.  But each time I try to take that picture, Fate moves by the time I get close enough.

Today when I saw her between Liam’s legs, instead of emptying the water bucket, I quietly walked towards the sheep and squatted low enough to get the picture.

When I did, I stood up and whispered, “get the sheep” and Fate took off.
