
It’s as if my brain and body have a switch. When we get to the Inn that we know so well, the switch clicks, and I can relax like I don’t anywhere else.
Someone Jon knows called it a retreat. I think that’s more accurate than a very short vacation. It has that feeling of being away to get closer to myself.
I don’t stop thinking, I just don’t think about certain things. But even within the room where we stay, I see ideas in images that I feel the need to express.
I didn’t make any drawings, but I took some pictures.
